In this amazing journey you will visit most well known places of central and eastern Crete. We’ll start our morning by visiting the Minoan Palace of Knossos. You will learn the history of this legendary place, the myths and mysteries of Knossos and of the Minoans. We continue east to visit one of the oldest caves of Crete where in accordance to the legends, god Zeus was born. Next stop will be at a pottery workshop, where you will be able to try your skills in this old profession. lunch will be in a traditional tavern on lassithi high plain. on our way back there will be one last stop – “Holy Monastery of Kera Kardiotissa”- then we will take you to your hotels before dinner time.

Pottery workshop 15.45 – 16.30
